He was 68 years old. The city overwhelmed him -- the grid of streets, the taxi cabs, the jazz and boogie-woogie music he heard in the clubs. He translated it into paint: a yellow grid pulsing with small blocks of red and blue, movement contained in geometry. It was a radical departure from his earlier austere black-and-white grid paintings. The painting is at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York.

About this deck

Material: Grade-A 7-ply Canadian maple -- the same wood used in professional skate decks

Size: 85 x 20 cm (33.5 x 7.9 in)

Print: Gallery-quality UV print -- no glass needed

Mounting hardware not included -- purchase separately

Ships from Berlin -- worldwide delivery in protective packaging

Also available as a diptych (45 x 85 cm) or triptych (70 × 85 cm).

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0968/5028/0785/files/2_dd781c2d-2e80-462f-8194-0017403c80b0.png?v=1764516690
https://skateboardart.es/en/products/piet-mondrian-broadway-boogie-woogie-skateboard-wall-art-premium-canadian-maple-deck
